My Meno is a patient-centred wellness platform offering personalised treatment and lifestyle plans to assist you through your perimenopausal and menopausal journey. The data controller responsible for your personal information is My Meno Ltd, a company registered in the UK (company number 14356306). In this Privacy Policy, the terms we, us and our refer to My Meno Ltd, and you refers to the individuals whose information we collect and use.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The information we collect about you depends on how you choose to interact with us.

If you book an appointment with us or make an enquiry, you will need to provide us with your name and contact details. For our paid services, you will also need to provide payment information. We will then ask you to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your appointment and we may record information about any symptoms or medical conditions you may have as part of your consultation. If you choose to have blood tests, we will collect your results and record details of any medication you are prescribed. In this policy, where we refer to medical information, we mean information about your health that you have provided to us or we have received via questionnaires, consultations or tests.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or agree to receive marketing information from us, we will collect your name and your contact details, such as an email address or telephone number. We will not ask you for any medical information.

If you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address and information about how you use our website (see our cookies policy for more details).

2. Use of Personal Information

We may use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • If you choose to make an appointment with us and complete our medical questionnaire, we will use your personal information (including medical information) to provide you with our personalised healthcare services.

Where you make an enquiry, we will process your information because it is in our legitimate interests to do so, in order to answer your questions. We will not ask you for any medical information and will only use medical information to answer an enquiry with your consent.

Where you have registered to receive our newsletter or marketing communications, we will process your personal information with your consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

We also process personal information to make improvements to our website and to the services we provide. We do so because it is in our legitimate interests. We will not process any medical information for this purpose.

We may also disclose your information to our regulator, the Care Quality Commission, or other statutory authorities if we are required by law to do so. We may also share your personal information with others where it is lawful to do so in order to protect our rights and interests.

We do not store or send your personal data outside the UK.
